About Us

Our church got its start in 1947 with a donated piece of property. By April 3, 1949 a building was completed and the first Sunday school classes and morning worship were held in the new church. In the 1960’s came a new piece of property donated by the Livingstons and a new building. In the mid 1980’s a parsonage was built on the same property. HBC has continued to serve the community faithfully through the years with our members laboring long and diligently, resulting with many souls in need of spiritual help finding it here.

As of March 2023, we now have a new pastor, Robert McDonell, who is serving with his wife Brittany, along with their three children. Our goal is to glorify and magnify God by meeting the spiritual needs of the community through proclaiming the gospel of Christ, while engaging in outreach programs and events such as weddings, baptisms, funerals, and child dedications.
